About Me

Jillian Rumph

Fractional Chief of Staff | Executive Partner

A Foundation of Grit and Precision

My approach to high-level operations wasn’t born in an office, it started on my family’s ranch in Biddle, Montana. In that environment, you learn early on that integrity is a survival skill and "good enough" usually isn't. Success meant anticipating needs before they arose, paying attention to the smallest details, and staying until the job is done right.

I've spent the last 19 years translating that ranch-bred work ethic into the highest levels of organizational life across hospitality, residential operations, private equity, and executive leadership. In every environment, I became the master of the "engine room", handling the high-pressure, high-velocity complexities that keep visionary leaders moving forward.

My reputation is built on two things: the ability to step directly into the fire of any crisis, and the instinct to flow like water through an organization. I find the cracks, the critical gaps that don't fall into anyone's job description and fill them.

The Science of Disciplined Partnership

Beyond the logistics, I bring a specialized temperament to every partnership. As a certified Predictive Index Analyzer, I am naturally wired for intense focus, high standards, and technical precision. I don't just manage tasks, I master the systems behind them to ensure nothing is left to chance. (You can learn more about my profile type here.

This disciplined approach is backed by 94th percentile Emotional Intelligence scores, specifically in my ability to manage and understand complex dynamics under pressure. In plain English: I am the "anchor." I remain reserved, skeptical of shortcuts, and entirely focused on the "proof" required to ensure stability.

I use this blend of analytical rigor and Montana grit to bridge the gap between your professional demands and the personal serenity I help you build and protect. I handle the puzzles so you can enjoy the space you've created, whether you're a founder building something new, an executive running at full speed, or a principal in transition who still operates at the highest levels but no longer has the institutional infrastructure behind them.
